Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with the original packaging and tags intact. The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items, as well as clearance and final sale products, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at transact@threadcountz.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as the returned item is received. Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.
